Rehabilitation Therapy

Chateau-rehab-room-206Our goal is to assist patients in achieving their highest potential. Our Team collaborates with each resident to tailor a rehabilitation plan to meet their individual needs in a state-of-theart rehabilitation setting.

  • Chateau Center’s rehabilitation program utilizes the Alter G Anti-Gravity Treadmill®. This device enhances our therapist’s ability to help patients recover faster and provides the following benefits:
  • Allows patients to rehabilitate with less pain while reducing the risk of further injury
  • Provides Physical Therapists a precise way to track patient progress

Acts as both a rehabilitation device and a wellness tool that gets patients excited to continue using it for training beyond short-term rehabilitation. A secure memory care program is also available. Our Respite Care Program offers family and caregivers a much needed break for vacation, weekend excursions and holiday coverage.
